The T is a combination of MoMM's "Feedback" & HBGC’s "BLAQ T", two dialogue groups for queer and trans men of color in the Boston area that have found depth, community, and meaning in authentic storytelling and reflection.
Our conversations are rooted in a different topic each month that centers around a piece of media (e.g., an article, tweet, video, book excerpt, and other work from queer people of color). We strive to be as inclusive as possible and welcome anyone who identifies as a queer or trans man of color to join us.
The group typically meets on the third Wednesday of each month, either at a coffee shop or (for a more cozy feel) at someone's home. Keep an eye out on the Facebook Page to know where the next one will be.
Boys Night Out
Boys also just want to have fun--and so does everyone else! This evening bar takeover event is a lively way to meet and mingle with other queer and trans people of color in the greater Boston area. The bar of choice is usually very accessible by the MBTA. There is no dress code: your presence is valued much more than your appearance! Come as you are, make new friends, and watch the magic happen!
Who doesn't like day parties?! Saturday Sips is the perfect excuse to let loose while the sun is still up. This event gives the QTPOC community another chance to gather, vibe to good music, and enjoy signature beverages -- a great way to kick off the weekend!
